365 Days of Care Healthcare Agency is a holistic, patient-centered home care agency serving Monmouth County, NJ. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to our clients.
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients.
- Assit with office works specially on weekends.
